Watched the 4th of July Fireworks with Grand-dad and Nana in Washington D.C. -in the rain, of all things. Went together to the Fort Lee monument which inspired 'The Star Spangled Banner' and we sang the song while sitting on the hill in front of the fort- very nice. Attended the reenactment of the Patrick Henry speech 'give me liberty or give me death' at the original church. One of the most amazing reeantments and speeches I have ever witnessed, amazing man!
